This is Napoleon Da Legend & Nejma Nefertiti. Yall probably have heard us on a few records these last few years. We are excited to present you with our new JOINT album featuring Sicknature, La Bruja and Just Music Beats.

This project is deeply personal to us as some of you may know we both met through community programs in New York City and conducted many Hip-Hop workshops for the youth together in the New York city school system (Brooklyn and the Bronx) and the Riker's island jail system. This is how we got to know each other and our friendship started. When we first collaborated on my Steal This Mixtape 3 project on the song "Encrypted Wisdom" I don't think either of us expected how dope it would come out. The "spins" and feedback reflected it. After a series of collaborations, we decided the energy and synergy we have deserved a full project and we started putting a lot of love and work in it.

We were initially supposed to have it manufactured and released through Ashame Records, an independent company based in the Netherlands, however the owner, Richard Driessen passed away suddenly about a month ago to everybody's shock. For understandable and obvious reason, his family had to abort the manufacturing, which was already in process. He was a big fan of our music and was so excited for this project to come to light. We decided to dedicate the project to Richard subsequent to his untimely passing (rest in power).

Nejma and I decided to go forward with this campaign to bring this project so dear to us to vinyl format.
